            We hired *******/PDR to fix a deck that was leaking into the condo unit below. He told us it was the flashing which he repaired for us. Well, were still experiencing the same issue. Weve reach out to ******* several times since he told us there was a 1 year warranty on his work and hes completely ghosted us. Hes not replying to emails and not maintaining a professional relationship with his customers. Weve had another contractor come out to confirm it is indeed the deck thats still leaking. Were completely disappointed that he took the money that was paid to him and ran and isnt holding up his warranty for his work.
