  Model Paving (MP) redid driveway Apr of '21. Parts of the driveway beginning to crumble. Sep. 28 '21 MP came to look. On Nov 19 '21 texted asking for a follow-up on repair date. No response. On Dec 13 '21 I text "I am trying to get a hold of you to talk to you about the part of our driveway that was supposed to be fixed back in Oct" MP: "I apologize it's the end of season rush. Your problem will be taken care of ASAP. Again I apologize about the delay of getting back to you and I will be there personally to fix this as soon as I can get free." Mar 7 '22 text asking to get date. MP: "yes you are going to be one of the first I don't have the plants opening date yet as soon as I do I will be in touch with a solid date." Text Apr. 29 checking for repair date. No response. Reached out *** 5 for a date. MP: "I'll be in (town) next week and make sure your taken care of..." *** 11 I followed up. MP: "I should be able to get there this afternoon" No show. ***16 text about time. *** 18 gave date to come. No show. *** 23 text for date. "sorry (personal problem)..take care of you this week" No show. *** 31 text for date. No response. Texted June 2 follow up. MP: We we will be there Mon. No show.

  I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I was able to get a hold of the company owner however she told me that she would have somebody come out and look and call me back letting me know whether or not there was something she could do for me. It has now been one week and I have not heard from her whether or not she will be able to come back and fix the issue. I have called three times now and she has not returned my phone call. She gave me a story about what has happened with her and could not guarantee she would be able to fix my driveway. I do not find this to be an acceptable answer and expect that she will do something to fix it or have somebody else fix it.
