Please do not move forward with these Con Artist's. This is a scam that rarely ever works and they are just taking advantage of people who are desperate for help. Please contact me directly and I will share everything I have including emails and text messages. First you will speak to a Salesman who will paint a picture of them knowing exactly what they are doing and how their magic parachute will save you from losing your Home and Business from the SBA. In my case it was Nathan, who even gave me his personal phone number (which is actually not his number but a Google Voice number). Nathan will get your first payment (typically they know this will be their last payment because most people after about a week or two realize this is a con) and then Nathan will magically go on vacation. The next set of people you will speak with tell you a completely different story and you wake up knowing you just lost your money. Money you could have used to hire a attorney. When I asked them for my money back, they claimed they put hours and hours of work into your "analysis". In my case, my analysis could not have been completed or even started because I gave them less than a third of the material needed to begin this analysis. If anyone else has been taken like I was with these guys, please contact me with regards to a class action suit.

As we have done for over 15 years and over 2,000 engagements, we strive to make each and every client experience a positive and productive one.  That obviously didn't happen for you, and for that, I'm sorry.  I take great umbrage with your review, however, which seems to lack accountability and contractual awareness.  Labeling this company as a scam that rarely works is not something you could have corroborated, and undermines the successful American entrepreneurs who emerged from our process triumphant and proud.  


SWC engagements are extremely front heavy from a time expenditure standpoint.  For that reason, we make it extremely clear (in our contract that you signed) that money paid will cover work completed, and will not be refundable.  We understand situations and minds change, and therefore do not lock anyone into the engagement. However, like any business, we must be paid for work completed.  As for your statement about work being completed, I rely on our record to disagree with that conclusion. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with our process, but truly wish you the best of luck. 

One additional comment: after reviewing this file, only 10% of the contract was paid. As stated, that small amount covered preliminary work completed before the client decided to go in a different direction. 

We worked with Second Wind to help our business out of a giant financial crises. They helped us where they could and got great results- and were transparent with the options that were not looking good. Great folks to work with- especially ****** who really took the time to understand the situation and ***** who met with us weekly to plan next steps. I have high trust with this company.

I found Second Wind to be highly professional and a good partner. My business was in a construction related field that contracted dramatically during the Great Recession, a time that the business was carrying significant financial obligations. Nicholas B**** provided excellent support and advice while we worked with lenders to formulate a long-term, workable solution. Much of the direct interface with creditors was handled by Nicholas, allowing me to focus on the business. Communication was always timely and to the point. Nicholas and Second Wind were excellent partners during a difficult business transition.
