      They have no problem getting $475 a year from you to be a "member" only to not show up. Didn't realize I was paying to become a member of your blow you off 3x club! Will NEVER recommend nor use EVER again. Call **************** Great honest guys you can trust will show up!

      We initially booked this appointment as a maintenance. Customers system was fully functional and running. Due to the heat wave we had to prioritze customers with no AC. This customer was told in advance and we did apoligize and regret not being able to perform maintenance on her system in a tinely fashion. She texted our staff and said she didnt want to use us anymore.

      The company installed 2 navien system that cost me $31,500. The systems keep getting me an errors code. Told them to fix it but they told me that the way the systems are. So basically, the system is not good. The workmanship is not great. ***** gives me a problem every year. The installment they did a crappy work. The system came with warranty and annual service but no service werent done. Bad company to work with. Unprofessional customer service and stop member. I do not recommend. They charge you a lot for the system that keeps giving an arrow code and stop. If theres a problem, they will not fix it for you. They try to denied it. Please stay away from this company

      Trust 1st Plumbing charges me ***** to install ****. Navien combi unit I. April. So when heat went in Nov 7 months later They sent a who could not fix and he pretended to and left me to finish. I she a video of the incompetence. I am currently concerned that this company ispredatorinstallin units and then have zero one enforcement the maintenance. The owner ****** doesnt care He has plenty of advertising on Tv but run away from this company. I like in ******** They treat me like in a millionaire they have no concern for the Sarantes on my unit or the 10 l they charged to install. I am perplexed with the way they treat me 7 month later

      I wanna start by saying thank you for taking the time to write this review and appreciate your feedback. 

       

      We installed a navien system in April of this year. It had stopped working recently, we sent out 2 technicians which got both problems solved in a timely manner. ******* had been threatening my team and recording videos without permission. ******* had taken one of the locking rings that holds the components to valve being replaced so when ************** turned on the water the valve leaked, of course the valve leaked as ******* had takin the locking ring.

      I had personally called ******* from a recorded line and tried to come to a resolution for a unit we had got fixed at 0$ because we honored our warranty. ******* got defensive and hung the phone up on me as I was trying to understand what would make him happy. 

      After this conversation, 

      ******* has since called my office just about everyday at all hours of the night threatening my team, bashing us, being aggressive and disrespectful. I have 4 different voicemails where ******* has been aggressive, abrasive and uncalled for. 

      I do wanna mention after the most recent phone call we were gonna send someone to his home because we were under the assumption it was broken but in fact it is still working. 

      I truly find it hard to believe that our team is incompetent if the unit we installed and repaired at $0 cost is still operating with no issues as well as your warranty is still covered. 

       

      Im not truly sure what you want to accomplish here at this point but if the harassment continues for a system that is operating I will have to get law enforcement involved as this is harassment

      Garbage Disposal replaced. Charged over $1,140 AFTER the device was installed. When asked upfront what the cost of the device would be, I was told the repairman did not know as it was in his truck. I explained that the device had been replaced 4 years ago and asked the average lifespan of it. I was told 3 years. When I looked it up online, it's 7-8. Company will not send an itemized receipt to show how they got to the $1,140+ price. When I called to speak with the owner, he said it is because "it costs money to run a business". This company clearly has no interest in being upfront, honest or provide justification for their egregious pricing. DO NOT USE THEM.Upon submitting this review on multiple online venues, the owner responded by publishing my home address on the internet. The unprofessionalism and complete disregard of a customer by this "business" is appalling. I'll be taking further action against them for doing that.

      The owner ******* spent over a half hour speaking directly to this customer alongside our service manager and technician who were both out at her property. We explained this to the customer what our price entails of and how we are not comparable to small companies who do not provide the level of service we do. The owner detailed out why our charges are what they are and even offered to provide this customer our Profit and **** financial statement so she can better understand what it costs to run a business with qualified people and the customer declined. She even swore at the owner and said she didn't give a f****. The price 100% was given to this customer UP FRONT. All of our estimates are signed with TIME STAMPS which proves she signed before the work was done and once it was completed. Our GPS also tracks when the technician finished the job and left the property. She signed for all of the work before it was even started and called in to complain after the fact because she looked up what she thought was the same part online. We explained, your not paying for a part you looked up on ******* but your paying for a service. This customer even admitted to us that she used us instead of her regular plumber, because they couldn't arrive same day and she was leaving to go on vacation and didn't want a leaking garbage disposal. We further explained how we come same day in emergency situations and back all of our work. ******** was argumentative and refused to listen to our explanation even though she happily agreed to everything on site.

      If you value your dollar, home, and peace of mind, please stay away from this company.I hired this company to service the boilers at my 3 family home in Dorchester **. It was an emergency since a tenant was without heat and I even purchased an annual plan. In total, they got about $3,000 out of me and simply tinkered with the boilers. After they "fixed" the issue with one boiler and serviced all three, I had to hire another company to actually do that Trust 1 Services claimed they did. So what did the new company walk into behind Trust 1 Services?1. The transformers for all three boilers were unscrewed from the boilers and just hanging with all wires exposed.2. All three boiler pressure trolls where never cleaned and covers where on floor.3. All three pressure trolls where set incorrectly. The 1st floor steam boiler pressure was set 5psi, which damaged the boiler. For the record, the pressure should never be more than half a pound to 1 pound. 4. The sight glasses for all boilers were dirty and not working.Now that I'm more informed, the aforementioned items would be basic maintenance items or at the very least the items should have been brought to my attention as having needed to be done. Please learn from my ignorance at the time and DO NOT hire this company. They overcharge and are willfully incompetent, so that they can leverage the client's ignorance and have the client on the hook as a consistent revenue stream for repairs going forward. This company has 0 ethics and I wish that is the rating I could give.
