The issue regards a Tripod website (through Lycos) that was shut down some months ago (May 2022?) without my knowledge, for which company continued to charge my credit card.See supporting information.Initial Complaint

I have had a website with Lycos Tripod since 2015 to bring attention to my daughter's murder and the botched investigation that resulted in a cold case. I have tried to renew my account so that I can update the site but the card they have on file is no longer in existence. When accessing the Billing Information and adding a new credit card for payment, there is no way to delete the old card so it keeps denying my renewal. I have submitted ticket after ticket and their response still has not fixed the issue. There is no number to call to get further assistance so my only choice will be to create the same site with another provider, which I'd prefer not to do. But since I have been unable to get further assistance with this issue, I may have no other choice.
