      I have tickets to a show 8/24 at the iron horse. Today i was notified my seated tickets are now standing room only.I mearly want to sit for the show. They say only SRO is available.I bought the tickets in may and have a hotel for the night. Im 2 1/2 hours from the venue.I just want what i paid for.

      Thank you for supporting the Iron Horse Music Hall & Parlor Room *********** A false notice was accidentally sent to ticket buyers regarding this weekend's show. Patrons will have seats, and a retraction of the false statement has been sent to ticket buyers. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.       I paid $77 for two tickets to see the Voyage Journey Tribute band. It was originally scheduled for 4/24/20 but was postponed due to Covid. It has been postponed at least two more times since then. I have tried to get a refund, but nobody replies to emails or phone calls. It appears they have gone dark with no announcement. How can I get a refund? Thanks.

      I am reaching out today because we have an open complaint regarding ********* from a consumer, **************.  We have sent correspondence to your email address on ****** and also on ****** attempting to get a response from the business regarding the complaint.  We have also tried to call you on ******and today and your mailbox was full both times, so we were unable to leave a message.

      We would like to get a response from you regarding this complaint.  If we do not receive a response to the complaint, it will end up getting closed as unanswered which will have a negative effect on your rating with BBB.

      I have received my refund. No explanation for the delay.
