BBB’s Code of Advertising requires businesses claiming specific results will be achieved to be prepared to supply proof. BBB requested substantiation that these claimed results would be outcomes that would be experienced by all consumers who receive the service as there are no disclaimers regarding situations that would cause a consumer not to experience these results.
