I bought blocks with this company in June 22 and they supposed to delivery by the end of July. I paid $ 19.886,09 and they talked to engineer about the blocks and everything. Anyways, I hired a few guys to pick it up the blocks in the date they told me they would delivery but they kept changing dates. They started delivering the blocks only in October and they still didnt finish to delivery the right amount and they sent a lot of wrong blocks. I keep calling the company to resolve the problem, they say they will call me back but they never did. My block is halfway done because of the missing blocks and incorrect ones that has been sent as well, making me loose a lot of money with construction, labor and I also paid to put the asphalt in the area and I probably not be able anymore because of the weather. They are making me spend more money than I should even me being very polite, kind and understand with the company, but enough is enough.Business response

******* just placed his first call to us two days ago and my office tried to understand and alleviate his concerns with no success. It was brought to my attention last night and appears to me as very quick to involve bbb.
******* purchased blocks on 6/27 and at that time our supplier informed us there would be at least a 6 week lead time. First loads of blocks were not manufactured until 9/6 in which we waited until 10/5 to do first of 9 deliveries as the supplier was very backed up. We were in full communication with ******* through the process as he informed us he had no one to install these blocks at the time and there was no specific rush.
Through this process we helped ******* design and layout of his wall at NO CHARGE. He chose not to use our engineers or hire us as professionals to install but he did confirm our recommended block order.
At this point I have no idea who has worked at this site or if it has been installed properly or as recommended. My solution is to do a site visit at NO CHARGE in order to understand site conditions, on site inventory, and competence of installer. As soon as I collect this information I can inventory and resend alleged missing pieces and/or give professional guidance on proper installation. I am contacting ******* today in order to set up on site meeting ASAP.
On another note I noticed ******* had originally talked to me about trying to get his excavation contractor to pay for this wall because of reasons that i could not make sense of or understand. At that moment I considered he might be the type of consumer who pushes back in order to receive free services; This might be the circumstances for this scenario.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all you need to be honest when you are doing business and telling the truth. I talked to *** many times and he said he would give me a call back.
I paid an engineer to design the blocks and asked him to talk to you and it has been done so. So, my complaint is legit, because you sent me the wrong blocks, gave the wrong time and I am asking to fix because I am loosing money having to pay people for their hour.
The business I had with excavation before has nothing to do with you, I just told you, the guy took more land that he supposed to thats why I was forced to make the retaining wall and the reason why I was purchasing it.
With your design I spent more money than I should and Im not complaining about it, I am just complaining because nobody is giving me answer and I am calling for more than one month now, because you didnt delivered all the blocks still and you sent the wrong blocks.
You also told me that nobody was home when the blocks was delivered, and I have pictures I can show you and I was the one helping the guy with the chain. By the way, they didnt bring any paper to show what was being delivered and the quantity, but the blocks are too big and they will not be moved from the place, so yes, I am waiting to know what will happen and how this can be fixed.
About the time to come to the BBB, if you think something ordered in June and to be delivered in almost December is a short time, thats up to you. I have being very patient and I told you I just need the right time and dates, something that hasnt been done.
I hope, you recognize you are making mistakes and fix it.

I responded and talked to him. He was not available last week. We are now going to call him again to see if he can meet as early as tomorrow morning.
