I highly recommend bathroom by design! Not only were they the best quote out of 3 businesses, but the owner *** came out to assess the job was professional and just so nice! His employees came out and installed a new tub and then his tile guys came out! They were amazing! Neat, clean, professional and answered all our questions! We highly recommend bathrooms by design for your remodeling needs. *** Again ***** and ***** o and *****!!

Project was to replace a tub with a walk-in shower. The entire experience from quoting through completion was smooth with no surprises. Work was done in just a day and a half. Everything was gutted to the studs, new walls and tiled. Very good pricing as well. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and I highly recommend them for bath renovations.Review from Diane M

*** responded within a few hours to a message I had sent through their website asking if they would be able to help us renovate my parents' shower to accommodate my mom's mobility issues. We were anxious because my mom also has dementia, and any change of routine - including noise, strangers in the house, and not having a bathroom/toilet during renovation - were of great concern. *** and his entire crew (******************** and ***) were incredibly sensitive to our situation, always being aware and respectful of my mom's anxieties. Bathrooms by Design in Norton were amazing, and we highly recommend contacting them if you're thinking about renovating your bathroom. Oh...and we LOVE the new bathroom!Bathrooms By Design, Inc. 7/22. Thrilled with our new shower, Nate being patient answered all questions, my specific requests were addressed, tiling was beautifully done, everyone was courteous & respectful,arrived on time and *** did a wonderful job coordinating all aspects of job. I have all the functionality inside shower that I needed. I picked them right off the internet and just so glad I did. The job done was an exceptional value and both my *********** highly recommend!.
