I had a bad experience with the treatment AND with the customer service at this location. I strongly advise against coming here. There are other clinics and come-to-your-house services. Look those up first!More detail: My daughter had a bad case of lice, and the technician did not cure it. When we realized the lice had come back (and transferred to my other daughter), there was no availability that day for two kids, though we called at 8am. We couldnt wait more than 24 hours and miss two days of school. The 30-day guarantee is not helpful if they dont have enough staff and availability to help you when your life is upended (AGAIN) by lice (particularly a case their clinic didnt fully treat). I went to Lice Clinics of America in ********** instead (different franchise and owner), where they had more staff and availability. I got much more specific advice there as far as preventing a reinfestation. They also were able to tell that my daughters case had been going on long enough that she couldnt have been cured by her visit to Rockville. When I called to tell the Rockville manager, ****, that I was disappointed in the lack of availability and the fact that the first treatment hadnt worked, the conversation went terribly. She cut me off multiple times before she gave me a chance to finish explaining the situation, and even said at one point, ** going to let you finish and then hang up. Obviously she was never actually willing to hear me out. She also lied to me, saying shed spoken to the ********** ****** herself, which wasnt true. She expressed no concern for what my family was going through and never acknowledged or considered that her staff might not have done a good enough job the first time. Again, dont come here!
