$32K worth of kitchen cabinets were deemed unsatisfactory by the cabinet manufacturer (Design Craft surname of Yorktowne) on 4/19/22. They were reordered for a second time and the same quality of cabinets were delivered on 6/27/22. The owner of The Cabinetry, *****************************, told me that it is 'unfortunate that my project took place during unprecedented times when the cabinet industry wasn't producing their best quality due to various factors relating to the pandemic. Unprecedented or not, she took my $32K and didn't deliver the showroom cabinets I chose. On 7/5/22 ***************************** paid a painter, *******************************, owner of 3rd Generation Finishing, to repaint them. Horrendous repainting--not once but TWICE by ******* on my new $32K worth of cabinets. *******'s response to the workmanship was 'no paint job is perfect.' (Pictures attached) The Cabinetry website says 'Three generations have been providing impeccable design and service since ****.' Unfortunately I haven't experienced this. Her solution to my kitchen fiasco is to give me $3K if I sign a waiver that states I won't *** her. Here I am in 2023 w/o a kitchen I paid for. I want ******* to stand by her business and product and make this right.
