I went into Skin MD on November 25 for a Neogen Plasma procedure. There was a problem with providing me with Nitrous Oxide to stifle the pain from the procedure. They ran out of the nitrous and the oxygen that goes with it. They also did double speak on the price. Initially I spend $500 toward a $1945 procedure, so my balance should have been ****+. I ended up spending $1900 +.Business response

On or about March 14, 2023, I received subpar services for Botox for my frown lines and fillers for my laugh and marionette lines from SKIN MD of *************, LLC, dba SKIN MD at their *********** location. I was completely dissatisfied with the results of such services and let them know that but they denied the services were subpar even though they were (see uploaded pictures) Months prior to that I had prepaid $3,000 for a different service that I had not yet received. Because of the subpar services, I told SKIN MD that I had lost confidence in SKIN MD and requested a refund of the $3000 for the other service I had not yet received. After much back and forth, on or about May 11, 2023, SKIN MD called me and said it would give me a $3,000 refund and it should be on my card within 2 days. The very next day, SKIN MD called back saying SKIN MD would not give me the refund, but they would give me a credit toward other treatments at their office and some other things amounting to other treatments at their office. Since I had lost confidence in SKIN MD and had already told SKIN MD that I had lost confidence and that's why I was cancelling the other service I had not yet received, this was not a resolution satisfactory to me and was probably made in bad faith. $3,000 is not an immaterial amount of money and I would like it refunded to me. However, It does not appear that SKIN MD will provide me with a refund for the service I never received.Business response
