If I could give a negative review I would. I decided to purchase a massage through Groupon as I recently purchased one for a hair salon and had a wonderful experience. Not the same result here. When I first arrived to the massage center a pleasant man said hello to me and then began talking on his cell phone. A little strange, but okay. 5 minutes later he asks for my name and then starts looking at the clock. I had made my appointment about a week prior for 12:30p on a Thursday figuring it would be a quiet time and their schedule was wide open when I booked online. He then informs me that this appointment has been cancelled. I look at my emails and at 12:20p my appointment had been cancelled by the massage center. They then tell me they can do 1:45p which I cannot do since Im already there for my 12:30p appointment and have other things to do throughout the day. I ask them what happened to my appointment and am informed they got busy. So basically appointments are useless since they dont honor themgreat business model. I then notice my Groupon is now marked used because I made my appointment and didnt give ample notice(30 hours per Groupon rules) to cancel. I cannot be reimbursed even though I was not the one to cancel. So now the massage center has been paid, I have no Groupon, no massage, no reimbursement and have wasted time and gas. Groupon will also not issue a reimbursement as I did not follow their cancelling rules. I cant help but feel this place has figured out how to use Groupon to their advantage. Do yourself a favor and schedule somewhere reputable because this place will leave you feeling anything but relaxed.
