I purchased a 2016 ***** Silverado from ********** Norwood in Winter 2021. I had to bring it back to the dealership twice due to a leaking center brake light. This issue was fixed after the second visit. I returned to have the truck serviced on 1/22/2022 (tires rotated and oil change) prior to the 60k miles. I brought my 1 year old daughter to the dealership with me. The service took about an hour. Shortly after exiting the dealership onto route 1, my front driver side tire fell off while I was traveling about 40 miles per hour on route 1. I managed to get the truck to the side of the road, and a Norwood police officer was quick to assist me. Since I was about 200 yards from the entrance to the dealership, the service tech came to the scene and put on my spare tire and I drove the truck back to the dealership. My truck drove on the rotator for about 100 yards. Boch apologized for the mistake and said they sent the tech who serviced my truck home. They said they would fix the truck. I have since gotten my truck back, but now they are not supplying me with a work order or invoice to tell me what they actually did to fix my truck. All I can tell is that is was cleaned and the rim replaced. It appears to be the same rotor, which has dings all over it. I have no receipt for this service and no explanation of what work was done after they were clearly negligent in repair leading to my tire falling off with my 1 year old daughter in the truck with me.Business response
