I had a very favorable experience at Boch Toyota, ******* in January, ****. The issue concerned my Toyota Corolla that I had bought brand new in 2016. At that time, Boch was under different ownership. It had been years since I had purchased a new car and was unaware that two keys should have been issued at the conclusion of the sale. After owning my car for eight years, my one key broke getting lodged in the ignition. I had another key made at Midas. A little while later a friend mentioned that I should have received two keys at the time of purchase. I addressed this matter to Boch Toyota **************** asserting that I should be reimbursed for the key I had made because **** was remiss in 2016 by giving me only one key. Naturally, **************** responded with disbelief that I would be expecting compensation after eight years and denied my request. Again, the car agency was under different ownership when it was purchased. I escalated the situation to the General Manager, *************************. I made an appointment with him to discuss the facts. During that meeting I discovered that ****************** is an intelligent, reasonable and customer-centric gentleman. ****************** patiently listened to my demands, and at the end of our conversation offered two choices: 1) to have another key made for me or 2) reimburse me for the new key from Midas. I chose reimbursement. The check arrived in three days.Review from Lynn V

Buyer be aware!! Being asked to place your deposit before discussing financing with the salesman is an unfair and deceptive practice. Not being informed that your deposit will not be immediately returned, as promised, but instead held hostage for a few days "until corporate can cut you a check" is unfair and deceptive practice.Being told this practice only happens on the weekend is BS...isn't Saturday the busiest shopping day of the week? Again deceptivepractice to get you to make a purchase at this dealership.Think twice before you purchase from this dealership, they are not forthcoming and truthful.Boch Toyota Response

If i could give a 0 review i would have, My mental health and anxiety level have been so bad since i bought this car with boch toyota in *******, i bought a car that im paying and im, not even driving, i have to borrow peoples car to go to work, and pay for a car i cant drive, After i bought my jeep the car start having issues, in about a week my car died on a traffic light and would not run again, they thought it was battery , second time the car died they replaced a start/stop plug , in less than 3 months i have brought there 3 times, and since the third time its a lemon law, they ACCUSED me of adding diesel to the car( non sense for many reasons, the car wouldnt run for 2 days or about 40 miles with diesel, it would cause fumes, and others issues right away) , after i got proof of my last gas fill from gas station ,then they said they werent sure if it was diesel since they are not a LAB . They had a bottle of water with gas inside saying to me thats my contaminated gas not sure what was inside. ( how do i know thats my gas, and what is inside for sure, no papers or proof of it!) when my car was on the road, the screen showed stop/start system unavailable, problem related to the times before it went to repair, the car was running when it got towed, but i didnt want to drive on a highway for my safety, now the car doesnt turn it on after been at the shop for 4 days with no call from them. i had to call to find out.They told me to call my insurance and say it was vandalism so i could use my insurance to get the car fixed. No F way. thats not how its done .they just trying to come up with an excuse so they dont have to fix a bigger problem that must happened. i have read reviews from the business and i didnt believe it . So now believe me dont buy from BOCH toyota *******!!!!Review from Michael B

I purchased my vehicle from Boch almost 10 years ago. There have been a few issues with them since then, but they usually do an alright job rectifying problems. However, my experience last week and subsequent attempt to fix things has led us here. I brought my vehicle in for about 4 things, one of which was a safety and emissions inspection, another was a missing clip on my rear bumper that was causing it to detach and flap. The service center was clearly overbooked when I arrived. Over the many appointments I have had there, I have never had to wait just to get into the building, and once I did, it become clear they were understaffed. The service agent, who was very attentive and the one saving ***** in this ordeal, made an offhanded ****** about the overwhelming number of appointments.After they suggested a number of other services as they almost always do, I agreed to some. However, I waited for SIX HOURS for them to be completed, longer than I have ever waited there before. As I have had all of the same services done in the past, I know they do not take nearly that amount of time. I also know my vehicle was waiting in a line of cars for an alignment, further highlighting their booking issue. To make matters worse, after spending my entire day at the dealership, I noticed my annual inspection was not done shortly after I turned onto the Automile, even though I had paid for it. I had to turn around and wait another 30 minutes for them to do that. Then, when I got home, I noticed my bumper was once again flapping. Again, this was documented on my summary, and the service agent said it was an easy fix. Finally, I discovered a rear tail light was out, leaving me to wonder how thorough their inspection even was. When I called them today to see if they could fix these issues, they said they could only schedule me "before 1:00pm Monday through Friday." There was no attempt to accommodate, there was no apology, and no accountability.Review from KATHLEEN O

Attempted fraud. I went to Boch Toyota for service on the vehicle I leased from them. They said I needed a new tire (which I knew) and suugested better to buy two rather than one (which I also knew). I had noted that their sign out front said "Buy 3 tires and get the 4th for $1". When I told them I was interested in getting 4, they said that the sale was over. I told them it was illegal to not honor their posted sign out front. The service guy said he would go to the manager. He came back and said the sale had ended (and they were going to remove the sign) but they would honor the deal. I agreed to a price of $240 each. After the service guy left I immediately went on to the Boch website and saw that the sale was on until November 30th and further that the tires for my car were less than the price I was quoted. I confronted them with their lies and left without the tires. Unconscionable to try and ******* anyone, let alone a 68 year old woman. I will never do business with Boch Toyota again.Review from Lisa G

Boch Toyota of ******* is shady and underhanded. NEVER AGAIN!! I am a single mom of two teenagers, I explained to ***** that I DID NOT want to finance, nor take the extended warranty. I then talked to Aimin in finance and he told me if I just sent the finance through I could pick up the car. When I went home, my interest rate was changed from 9% to *****%. They said that if I came in, they would wire the money from MY ACCOUNT-you know, because they have been so trustworthy at this point, and would also send the ******* for the extended warranty I did not want. Ive been talked at in circles for two weeks, and am absolutely disgusted by their business practice. I also left with NO Purchase and Sales agreement. I will never do business with a boch dealership EVER AGAIN
