We bought a Ferrari 488 from them based on photos and discussions with the sales person, **** we have recorded conversations in which *** described the car as flawless with no scratches or chips. The car was bought and shipped to us from the dealer. The hauling company was chosen and paid for by the dealer. The car arrived with a large scratch in the rear bumper that was visible from 15 feet as we approached the vehicle for the first time. ********** said it was there when he picked it up. The dealership claims otherwise, and said the trucking company should pay for the repairs. The trucking company, Brezi Transport llc, disputed this. The dealership does not return or answer my phone calls. I am trying to recoup the $3800 dollars it took to get it repaired.Business response

I have been made aware of this concern and followed up with the shipping company who is processing the claim. As it has been outlined, they have processed the claim and reviewed you were aware of the status. I am sorry if something was not communicated to you clearer. We have been in communication with them throughout the process as the vehicle was damaged in transport. I will ask *** to follow up with you again.

FAQThe business states that the trucking company is responsible, but the trucking company has expressed to me that they are NOT responsible. I just want to get paid for the work
