      Buyers beware. A deal even written and signed by management does not mean a thing. We ordered a vehicle 7 months prior to its arrival with an agreement at MSRP + fees. The order was taken, entered, kept up to date on progress, a PO was assigned with our name on the order. Later vin was assigned, and the vehicle was built and shipped. A few days before arrival I was notified that they would not be selling me the car at that price and if I wanted a new market price that was up to me. My salesperson ******************* informed me then I spoke to *************** the sales manager who explained that the market has changed and they "do not have to sell the vehicle to me." They then ghosted me for a week and finally received a call from *********************** the President of the dealership who listened to the story and said he would get back to me. In an email he decided to let me know that they were not going to sell me the car and "if i wanted a new quote, they'd be happy to provide that." Those who HAVE or thing they have deals with this dealership, think again.

      Hello,My name is **************, Im the owner of a Jaguar I-PACE that I bought at Jaguar of Norwood. On Friday around 11 AM my Jaguar had gotten a flat tire. It was a snow emergency day, no street parking allowed, and was very cold outside. I immediately contacted Jaguar Roadside assistance but the help arrived more than 9 hours later, at 8:54PM. I contacted Jaguar Roadside Assistance at 11:54 AM, and a long SMS conversation had started. The first response I received very quickly. 12:00PM Jaguar Roadside Assistance, powered by Urgently is searching for a provider for tour request. We will update you shortly.12: 02 ************ has been assigned to your service request and will be there in 35 minutes. Than I had no response until 5:27 PM when I received the following message Your service was canceled at your request. Please let us know if you still need assistance. I did not canceled my order, all that time I had been waiting outside in freezing cold. immediately contacted Jaguar of Norwood dealership and they told me we will see what we can do. An hour later the dealership started hanging up on me. Only at 8:54PM a tow track showed up to tow my car. The next day on Saturday I tried to contact the dealership to find out what my next step would be. No response. Nobody answered the phone, nobody returned my call after I left a message. The same thig happened on ******* ****************** in Jaguar of Norwood did not respond to calls on ******* **************** pick up the phone and after explanation contacted person in service department, but service department hang up the phone and never call back.How can I get my car back if no one answers my calls??? I have never seen such an unprofessional, unresponsive, service. The entire process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I think it is unacceptable. I cannot imagine how you can call yourself a LUXURY SERVICE for a LUXURY CAR if you are unable to provide a satisfactory service to your customers!
