Earth shoes customer service is arrogant and uncooperative. Their website is misleading and sneaky. They do not honor their sales that are promoted on their website. There is no way to contact managers at their headquarters. They lie about your transactions and steal your money.Review from Yvonne A

I bought a pair of these shoes at winner and within a couple of months both soles started to split into layers. The company refused to do anything because they were bought from winners.They say that their shoes have absolutely no warranty unless they are purchased through their website. Very disappointed with their customer service.Review from JN N

Order RT-****** I knew ordering online from a middle class vendor would be a ******, but did not anticipated blatant disregard after the company took my money!!! No shame, no accountability!!! No customer service!!! No return info when promised "free returns" Absolute poorest customer service - they just refuse to respond and I'm out $100 No one in this company will respond to an order error.So, I am posting this scam revew on every platform I can and I will repeat the process every single day until someone from Earth shoe company makes their error right.Review from Brenda P

Placed a order - money immediately removed from my account. Have heard NOTHING from them since! Can not contact them! Thankful to have used a credit card for payment, will have them deal this company! Would not advise anyone ordering from them!!! Awful company to deal with. Poor customer service. My order shows it was shipped on 8/31/2022; however, no tracking info is available thru ****** Per email response from Earth Shoes, they blame the issue on ****** I contacted ************ advised the problem lies with Earth Shoes. Never will I ever order from this business. At this point, all I want is a refund. They have many negative reviews on social media for this same ************* so called non existent return policy! Buyer beware!!
