I pre-purchased tickets to an event that was postponed in early January. The event has not been rescheduled and it appears it will not be rescheduled. The Magic Room promised me a refund if I sent an email to them requesting the refund (it was $88.00). I have sent (4) emails requesting the refund and they have essentially "ghosted" me and have ignored my requests. I have a screenshot as proof that the Magic Room (on their own ******** page) promised a refund if I emailed them the request.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. I was told by ********* at Magic Rome I would receive the refund early this week it is now Thursday I have not received a refund I have also emailed ********* and have not received a response
