      Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a vacuum part on 1/22/2024 for $293.62 which I really needed. I was told that it would be shipped within 4 days and I would receive an email when it shipped. Two weeks later on February 5, they had charged my account for the money but I still had not heard anything, so I called them. They said my part would ship by the end of the week on February 9. On February 14, I called again and told them that I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted a refund. I asked for an email confirming my cancelation so that I could order from another company. They refused to send me an email and told me I had to wait for accounting to make the refund of my money in a couple of days and then they would send me an email. When I asked why they couldn't send me a confirmation of my cancelation so that I could order from another company today, they hung up on me.

      Told me it was out of Stock after I paid an submitted the order. I requested a Refund because I cant wait, so now Im waiting for a response

      Terrible service. The vacuum I received was defective. They didn't respond to any of my attempts to get a refund or replacement, until I disputed the charge. Of course then they respond, and finally gave me a refund AFTER I PAID THE SHIPPING TO RETURN THEIR DEFECTIVE ITEM.

      Fabulous customer service for a warranty claim on a Miele product. I started with 3 calls to Miele customer service, who were polite but rigid beyond belief. There was enough information available for Miele to authorize sending replacement parts immediately, but they refused. However, when I approached EVacuum store (as an authorized repair and warranty shop), everything changed -- polite, straightforward, quick and simple support even though I did not buy the product from them.EVacuum has won my future business and my recommendation to friends and family.

      I ordered a part from this store and received a confirmation/receipt email for purchase on 6/11. I tried to check website for tracking info and they claim to have no customer with my email address. They were paid by my credit card company per my statement. They also have emailed a total of 3 times since my purchase so apparently my email address does exist in their system. I called their number and was put on hold by automated system even though company on east coast had been closed for 2 hours. Their live chat is an email address that does not exist. Which I found out when my email/chat was returned undeliverable. So I have no part and a company that took my money and is unreachable. Scumbags

      I have ordered two vacuums now. The last one I was told by sales was better than Miele I received a second. I have not had it a month and it will not vacuum correctly ***** up carpet then cuts off I was told just now because I didnt have the box they would not take it back for another Miele it was ******* that I am now out with no working vacuum this is a sebo. Dont spend money with these people. They will flat rip you off *********************

      I ordered a Rug and Floor Tool Metal Wands for my Electrolux vacuum in May 2021. Got the part without any problem, but it broke, (would not stay attached to the wand), on the 2nd use. I emailed and they agreed to send me another. The 2nd one has now literally come apart and when I called this time I was told since the order was over 90 days old, I would have to buy another. I asked if they had a problem with these since my original one had lasted 30+ years and she told me things break and I would have to order another one. I told her this was not my fault and I thought the company should replace it since this was the 2nd time it had happened. She repeated that things break and I would have to order another. Very poor customer service!!! This part was hardly used and I find their attitude very frustrating.

      Just ordered a vacuum cleaner but never received an order confirmation, cannot access my account online, no one answers the phone or returns my calls and the "live chat" gets returned as "undeliverable". Yet, the payment has been withdrawn from my account. Buyer beware. Unfortunately this is a holiday weekend and I won't be able to report a fraudulent transaction until Monday

      Do not order KN95 mask from this company. Their website shows a photo of the black KN95 with "GB2626-2019" writing on it, CDC approved. I received the ones with "Greencare" writing on it. They are so thin. I thought it was fake. Contacted the company and the person kept saying they're the same masks from the same company. I've ordered masks before (the white ones) with a writing of "GB2626-2016" and those were much thicker than this. I asked them to take down the photo and replace it with the "Greencare" mask instead and he just continued telling me that it's the same mask. So misleading. The reason I bought it in the first place was because it has a writing of "GB2626-2019". Had I known that they would ship me different masks, I would not have ordered it in the first place. Won't be ordering from them anymore. They wouldn't even listen to their customer's complaint. They are on sale for a reason. They are "Greencare" mask, NOT "GB262-2019". Do not buy this mask.
