My first time buying a car. I purchased a 2017 ********** ******, they told me it was fully serviced, someone hit it in the parking lot of the dealership after I purchased it and went to go pick it up and noticed the back bumper popped out of place and it was all scratched. The back up camera screen , I was told it had an air bubble in the screen but there is no plastic film it is broken. Then the engine light came on, because it was low on oil right after I left the dealership. I filled it and it did it again 2 days later. Then the coolant light came on and the same thing is happening with that. I have to keep buying and filling the oil and Coolant every 2 days. My brakes are grinding, my back door wont open and there is something wrong with the fuses my horn wont work. I brought it to the dealership and complained and was told that they dont have tools to fix a **********, after I was told that it was fully serviced witch made no sense because they dont have tools to fix a **********. There are many more issues, I called and tried to get an appointment to get it checked before my 30 days and they pushed it till after my 30 days were up. Im still within 90 days and everything keeps going wrong. I just need a working vehicle and this is ridiculous. There are more things that are very concerning and it all started happening right after I purchased it.Business response

Complaint: ********BBB spoke directly with the consumer. The consumer states that once the complaint was closed the business stopped responding to all calls/texts. States the business hangs up on her. She is still driving the ****** and has to put oil and antifreeze in it every other day. The consumer would like the business to work with her to get into a different vehicle.

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:The ********** dealer never fixed it. Since the meeting we had with Sonias they were saposed to help with giving me a different car and thanking this one back. They stopped answering my calls. They tried making me pay another 1,500$ down payment for a new car. So they werent trying to help me trade it in they were trying to get me to purchase a new one.
And as for the ********** dealership I had to go to the first time to fix all the leaks they sold it to me with is in ************* they fixed the oil leak then.
Me and my boyfriend could have been seriously injured or worse the way the car stopped like it did, he almost hit the windshield. Then All the lights started flashing. And now it is not driving anymore.
The Sonias dealership told me that they had no tools to service a ********** with is weird because it was apparently fully serviced when I was talked into purchasing the vehicle.
At this point honestly if I cant trade it in I want them to buy me out of my loan and take the car back.
Sincerely,

I purchased a used vehicle from sonas auto group in orange Ma. it need work done 4 new tires and front struts they told me to wait a day to get back to me because of a gentleman named Brandon needed to ok the warranty process they never called me back I had to get ahold of them. So Brandon passed it they did the work was done. 2weeks later I called the back because of a loud humming noise and vibration in front end same thing they looked at it and said they call me back. They never did I needed to call them. And when I got a hold of aron in service department he told me I was NEVER SOLD a warranty and the first time they fixed it they did it out of the kindness of their heart. But I have paperwork from when I bought the car saying I did purchase the warranty for 3500$. But once I left the dealership my warranty was unwound without me knowing. ?? If you follow the money it goes back to the dealership and according to the warranty company it was done by me the buyer?? Now my car needs a cv Axel joint and they refuse to see me. Also the salesman Jeb that sold me my car has been fired for unknown reasons. And I'm left with no answer. They made me miss multiple days of work and emotional distress.Customer response

I want my warranty that they cancelled on me which I am paying forBusiness response

Hi ******
I have attached some documents to this email.
The first bill of sales shows warranty for $3500.00 and Gap for $895.00 signed by ************ with a payment of $496.70 per month and total finance amount of $28695.00
The second bill of sales shows no warranty and no gap with a monthly payment of $420.62 per month and total finance amount of $24300.00.
The third document is his contract with ******* ******************** for payments of $420.62 per month and total finance amount of $24300.00
Yes, the finance manager Jed sold ************ a warranty and gap but we were over 120% max LTV and the credit union did not want to do the financing unless we removed the back end products. We removed the products, had ************ resign and resubmitted the documents to the credit union. That is the explanation as to why ************ has paperwork showing he purchased a warranty.
When ************ was asked by Brandon if his payment went down from the original payment ************ said yes his payment went down and that was due to the warranty and gap being removed.
We do not have to explain to our customers as to why our employee left his position.
Please contact me if you need more information.
Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never told about asked or seen any second bill of sale the paperwork I provided in the first email is all the paperwork that exists to me. My payments were lower than what I agreed to when making my first payment according to ******* ******************** my payment included a warranty and gap with my payments at 420 I talked to bank manager. Also I never signed anything agreeing to what sonas auto group is saying about a second loan paperwork I would like to see my signature on the paperwork that they have. I go to ******* bank personally to pay my car payment every month and they tell me every time I'm most definitely paying for the warranty and gap every month with a payment of 420
Sincerely,
