              People need to speak up about Hometown Bank for decline payment they charged $34.00 for insufficient funds, $34.00 even if you signed up for no overdraft and someone try to get money they charged you $34.00 each time they try. So, meaning if they try to take money 5 times those 5 times they will charge you $34.00. If you have few dollars and you forget to stop your payments and they declined you still are going to get a fee of $34.00 dollars. That's a big time SCAMMED. They charged me fee of $34.00 6 times. They will argue with you because declined or not you have to pay that fee. Please people leave that bank

As disclosed in our ***************** Disclosure, an overdraft, uncollected or insufficient funds fee may be assessed the first time an item is presented for payment. It is not the Bank's practice to charge a fee for a represented item. For consumer accounts, the Bank also places a limit of 5 charges per day and if the item presented is $5 or less or the account is overdrawn by $5 or less, there is no charge. This information is included on the Bank's Fee Schedule. Please contact the Bank if you would like to discuss our practices further.
