This was my first time renting DVC points and I was skeptical with the process utilizing text message as an option in addition to e-mail. However, using text made this process so easy and seamless! The DVC Reservations representative I worked with was very helpful and answered all questions I had during the process. After the reservation we requested was confirmed as available and payment sent through PayPal, we received a resort confirmation within 5-10 minutes and was able to link our stay in MDE immediately. Dvcreservations.com has amazing customer service and I highly recommend them!Review from Peggy P

I have rented points from dvcreservations.com several times and have always had a pleasant experience. I've found their prices to be lower than both ************ Vacation Rentals and the ****************. I even got a reservation at ***************************** (standard view studio) for only $10 more than the same dates at ********************, and that was including a discount on the value room! The staff are much nicer and easier to work with than the ****** *****, and you don't have to pay the entire amount due at time of booking like with *****'s. So all the way 'round, I've found this point rental business the best of the three. The turnaround time from requesting a reservation and hearing back on if the request is available is the fastest of the three as well. I've used this company several times since 2018 and everything has gone smoothly each time! I've used both the 'Rare Booking Finds' (booking one of their already dedicated reservations) and I used them to find me a room on specific days of interest. In the past, when Disney had the dining plan option, they helped set that up too. They are quick to respond via email and text. Their prices are extremely affordable when compared to other companies or booking direct from Disney. I was able to book a room for Old Key West and cancel my Coronado Spring resort and save money! I don't hesitate to use DVC Reservations at all and highly recommend them! -Katie
