Dr. Archana Karkhanis-Lavana, Family Dental Group of Northborough completely botched design of the crown she installed recently for me on April 19th, 2023. Its the poorest example of dental craftsmanship in my many years of dental experience as a patient or customer. In fact, the misshapen, bulging design of the crown is visible when I smile, and is now making me self-conscious about my appearance when I smile. On April 19th I paid Dr. Lavana $776.00 of my own money, in addition to the payment she received from my dental insurance with ***************************************. I am seeking a 100% refund of the money I paid out of pocket.Business response

Please find attached the clinical notes and office journal note from ******************** last appointment with our office on 5/24/2023. We follow the insurance company directive in that we need to reimburse the insurance company if the patient is not satisfied with the work and requests a refund. This includes proof that the crown is redone, we have an xray showing the new crown completed and a receipt showing that the patient had it redone.
