I had a baught a car from then 2 months ago, the owner ***** showed me this car that he got in a trade in with his customer which also baught the car originally from him. It was a 2017 ***** Accord Lx with ****** miles on it, he told me in person that car had no issues and I also have recorded messages of negations for the car. So Back to the story I put 10 thousand down on the car, and the car sold price was ******, and I also gave him 1 more thousand for taxes, so only 600 and some change would be left for taxes. No problem so far, 2 months later I went to the ***** dealer shop to see the newer version of the accord and maybe trade it in, come to find out ***** tells me that my car is only worth 14 thousand because it had structural damage on its car fax from 2019. when I went to talk to ***** about this he stated that the car has never been in a serious accident and that the structural damage thats showing up on the car is just a lie. He stated that he didnt look at the car fax before selling me the car and also said his mechanic wasnt around at the time to look at the car so thats why he sold me a car thats been damage without telling me.Also I never signed any paper work. Not 1. Me being 18 years old I was very excited to get my new car so I didnt think nothing of it. So he forged my signature as well with the banks. I remember him telling me when I baught the car to not answer any calls from the bank. This guy is very sketchy but I went along with it because my mom had referred me to him and baught cars with him in the past.Another thing to note is that when I to trade in my car for a newer one, the credit union told (Cambridge*****) and me that I provided paystubs to them which is why I was able to get the loan. Which is completely fraudulent because I do not have pay stubs!! I have 0 credit being 18 years ol The resolution is for me to get my 11 thousand down paymen. I was lied to, manipulated, and I was a victim of forgery by these people
