Date of Transaction 3-15-2022 Paid $6,225.00 Rinnai Tankless Water Heater On invoice shows they installed a ************** which cost $1,000 more The Rinnai RL751 Cost $1254.00 ******************** They don't do that I asked how much tax on Parts and they said there is not Tax on Parts in Mass. They also would NOT tell me the hourly rate They were here 4 hrs a 2 hour was getting parts I talked to Manager ******************* and he said that was the Price.Business response

*********************** called in with a no hot water demand call. Upon arrival the tech found a 16 year Old water heater. As is our procedure replacement was recommended due to the age of the unit. These units last roughly ***** years before needs replacement on average. **************** recieved and signed an estimate (attached) for a new tankless Navien npe to replace his existing rinnai water heater. As a company we do not install rinnai products. **************** signed the estimate to proceed with the work. He also signed for satisfactory completion and approval or work signatures. (also attached) along with this he signed all legal documentation, please note the final paragraph***
While we are disheartened the **************** feels as though we wronged him in some way, we are very clear and transparent in our communication and expectations in our customer relationships.
Please use the above referenced attachments for a guide in determing this matter. Regardless of how **************** feels about our "break down" this does not remove our prior promises and expectations of service.
If **************** would like to come and review our P&L as well as our company financials and expenses to determine our fees associated with work, we'd love to educate the consumer on the true cost of running a professional business.
