      On or about 7/12/24, I called Quickship, LLC and spoke to a representative or broker named **** ******* @ ************** & received a quote to ship my vehicle. I spoke to **** ******* on 7/22/24 to set up the transportation of my vehicle to be picked up 7/23/24 @ 9:00am. He told me I needed to sign a shipping agreement & pay a $175 Booking Fee thru CashApp in order to set up vehicle pick-up. I told him I didn't feel comfortable paying for services that I have not received or sending money thru CashApp even though the booking fee was vaguely talked about on bottom of shipping agreement. He informed me that the booking fee was required in order to set up the vehicle pick up, so I went ahead & sent the Booking Fee amount of $175 to $DestinyPenn04 on 7/22/24. Nobody ever showed up the next day to pick up my vehicle, so I reached out to **** ******* around 9:30am & he did not respond until after 10:30am with no apology or explanation why my car was not picked up. I continued to reach out to him with no response for several hours & decided to file a dispute with my bank for services not received and get my refund of $175. After the investigation from my bank, they informed me they could not reverse the charge since it was done thru CashApp, I had to deal with the company. After a day & a half of calling and texting I finally talked to **** ******* and requested my contract be cancelled & refunded my $175 Booking Fee ASAP since the services I paid were not completed. He agreed & said he'll talk to his accounting department on my refund. At first, he informed me the refund was being credited back to my account & then a few weeks later he said a check is being mailed. I have been getting the run around from **** ******* since 7/30/24 and still have not received my refund to this ******** has not responded to my last text on 9/7/24. I need assistance in getting my refund & reporting this company as a possible scam. I have attached all supporting documentation needed .

      On July 22, 2024, I made a $200.00 down payment to have my car shipped from ********, ******** to **. ******, ********. However, ******************, the person in charge, kept making excuses. When I talked to his supervisor, I was told that ****************** needed to be present to issue the refund. Despite this, the supervisor continued to give me the runaround. After waiting for over a week, I demanded a refund, and the supervisor said it would be mailed to me. When I called back on July 30, I was told that they were still looking for ****************** to process my refund. It's clear that this company is running a scam.

      The business mentioned made an agreement with myself to transport a vehicle for a total contract agreement of $475. Less than **************************************************************** via phone and changed the price to $850 stating he had to use a different driver and the price had increased. The contract did not have an agreed pickup date but text messages were sent and the agreed date and time of pickup was confirmed with no mention of increased rate 14 days prior to the pick up date. A $200 deposit was made upon the signing of the contract. He stated that $650 was to be collecting at drop off. We have to transport the vehicle ourselves. I believe they did not honor our contract agreement and a refund should be issued.

      I hired this company as advertised at $1075 to haul my vehicle from NM to **, they agreed with a deposit of $250 a day later they called saying that there was a accident with the truck and driver they needed to get a new driver and charged me another $125 and told me on delivery it would now be $1975 instead of the agreed $1075 that was agreed on already. The guy was very rude about the entire process and then Everytime I called he was extremely rude to me about the entire process and I have been in contact with driver also extremely rude to me said when he comes I either have the cash or he leaves with the truck after I asked when he would he would be here he replied I'll be there when I'm there. They completely lied about all the charges said that the first truck caught fire and couldn't make it and they would need more money to get the job done and have been completely rude to me the entire time. Communication has been absolutely horrible I would never never advise anyone to use them scamming f**** because that's what they are. They know they are and I can't believe after 18 complaints that all sound the same that it's even allowed to be seen online anymore at this point blows my mind.

      They quote us $475 for pick up and delivery of a car from *******, ***** to *******, ******** we had to pay 175 upfront for deposit before they could come out we paid it, and they would be out about 4-6pm about 3:30 they called and stated that we had to pay 600 at delivery drop off!! No way can you change a price and we already had an agreement of $475 contract signed already!!! So thats a breach of contract, I called to speak to someone the man wouldnt give me his name, but told me I had no choice but to pay 600 because we canceled from a day carrier, but then he said I couldnt get my money back.So I ask why is it 600 at delivery when you to me 300 he stated you canceled with other company and they had you on there for 800, I said yes we canceled with other company because they told us they would be at my house at 9:00 am and they never showed up I missed my flight to ******* and had to pay another $300 dollars to catch another flight. He said that not his problem so I canceled, then the person from quick ship said well we can do anything about that its 600 and no refund I said ok imma call the police and he the said well you wont get anything g because you threatened me. I said I didnt threaten you I was responded to yo stated that there was no refund!! One there was no 24 hour notice for change of payment sent me all receipts for the $475!!!! My pregnant daughter is stuck in ******* due to stolen money and her vehicle isnt being towed!! She also lost money on a flight ticket and couldnt board the flight due to no one picked her car up on time!! So she is out of total $775!! This is a nightmare Im am disabled and con not get to her and my grandchildren !!

      May 12, 2024 date of transaction Deposit amount $350.00 Spoke with quickship company on May 20th to get refunded deposit amount for not being honest about the amount I would have to pay to put my car onto the ****** container. Manager said that he would mail a check and it would get to me in 3-7 days its been a month in a half. No check came so I filed a dispute with my bank my bank sent me back my money but because this company did not get back to my bank with information I now owe my bank that $350 back. Called quickship to speak to there manager. **** who I spoke with hung up on me I called back and basically he said to F**k off and he was going to F**k my mother. Then he started to use vulgar language with me again.

      I was very hesitant to work with this company and I'm very disappointed that my gut feelings was correct. On Friday 6/21/2024, I spoke with (caller ID) *********************** and we agreed to $650 to ship. He was ******* me to pay the deposit and now I see why!!This deposit, by the way, via cashapp - so incredible unprofessional and sketchy!I requested FOUR times, an email confirmation with the agreement details ie. pick up and drop off location, amount agreed, first available date of pick up etc. He sent me a very vague confirmation email confirming I paid the deposit TWICE. I made the request again and his response was "What information are you looking for ma'am?" as if I am making an unreasonable request. He says he will send it then NEVER does! When I confronted him about never sending it, his response was "everything was sent to you in text". - 1. NO IT WAS NOT. 2. If you believe that to be true then why did you say you'd send a more detailed email??Planned pick up today at 5PM, As of 9:42 AM, I texted the driver to confirm pick up window. As of 10:11 AM, I received a text from this same driver saying "i got issue and will not be able to pick today Truck will take 7-8 days to get fixed"The *********************** gentlemen calls me with TWO other driver options saying they would charge me $1500 and the next $1300 - WHAT THE??? How did we go from $650 to $1500 - THAT IS ********!!! I AM NOT PAYING 1 CENT MORE THAN WHAT WAS AGREED. THIS IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM! HE IS SO RUDE AND EVEN WHEN I ASK COMPLETELY SEPARATE QUESTION HE IMMEDIATELY SAYS "I told you when I find a new driver, I will contact you" with a complete attitude as if I'm not the one who was told the morning of, my car will not get picked up after I send them my deposit- all of which, cashapp confirmed was already accepted and deposited. How convenient is that? I want my deposit back and to never work with this company again! Order # ********

      I worked with ***************** to arrange shipping. He informed me that my shipping would cost $250 total but I had to pay $150 upfront to secure the transport. When the time came closer to the pick up date, I tried to contact them to confirm my details but couldnt get ahold of them at all. They have an online chat that I used and it said there was someone online but no one replied. I also called for assistance and no one answered either. I requested a refund through texting **** and asking him to cancel the shipping order but he said they cant refund my money at all. Per their own policy Im entitled to at the very least 1/2 of my $150 since they had assigned a shipper but he hadnt arrived prior to my request for a cancellation. Id like a full refund however since no services were offered at all after my payment had been sent
