      I booked a hotel room two hotel rooms Within both of the rooms were completely unsanitized completely disgusting ask for a clean lemons they brought me ****** Linens I completely was unsatisfied checked out the 2 hours later and they refused to refund me had to look a whole other Hotel because I was afraid of catching ****** or monkeypox come to find out there's drug needles and prostitutes there and I just want my money back and the manager was beyond rude and told me I wouldn't be getting anything so I need your help to resolve this issue

      Dear BBB Team,

      Both the rooms checked in at 6 PM. At 8:30 after spending 2 and half hours in the room; the guest from one room came to the office to get new linen. We gave the guest new linen and pillow cases. Around 10:15, the same guest came and said that she didn't like the room. She gave the room key and left. After 5 minutes, another person from the 2nd room came to give the key. She never complained, just left the key in the office. There is no refund for the rooms, both rooms are fully used by the guest for more than 4 hours. Moreover, the guest was **************;the hotel by calling more than 10 times the next day. She was threatening the employees. We have put this guest in do not rent list.

      We did not stay in the room for 4 hours checked in handled my family affairs went to ******* came back We to the rooms they smelled horrible the second guests didn't arrive till 839 and meet us at ******* and not even 5 minutes from the time we got there we asked for clean sheets they brought dirty ones he was beyond rude and we left in less then ten minutes and am not calling wih harshness I've been asking for the owner or manager I was told they would be there a month from now they even hung up on booking.com when they called I did share my experience on all my social media platforms as am a blogger so I didn't ask anyone to call or anything but I did record it and I did take the pictures and video down as asked by my  lawyer  and they are now in the attorneys position am just trying to get my money back they know the rooms are not clean and unfortunately if they don't pay me back and u can't help they I will have no choice but to *** them I have my proof that I didn't go in those rooms till after 9pm and was in my new hotel no t later the. 945 ***************************************************************************************************************************** to have been put in that kind of Jeopardy and for them not to care that they're putting people into that kind of Jeopardy with the monkey pots and coronavirus and everything else that's out there is unacceptable and for me I'm not going to have it in the only reason I feel they're acting like this towards me is because I'm African-American and their various racist because the people that were in front of me were Hispanic or Indian and they were very polite to them from the time we walked in there they were rude so unless they want this to be bigger than $198 they might want to just give me my money back that's just plain and simple

      Dear BBB Team,

      As we said in earlier response, the guest requested refund after 4 hours. If the guest had came immediately or within half hour of check in, we would have given free cancellations. The rooms were use fully beds and took baths. Therefore, there is no refund from our side.
