    Berkshire Mazda servie center has to be the worst!!! I have been dealing with these people since October 11th 2021 who can't get it together. I called about a gas smell, water leaking in my jeep on both front driver and passenger side. I got appointment on October 11th for 8:15 am. I stopped in this day at 4:05 for them to say it was going in garage next, mind you the garage closes at 5 pm. Terry calls me at 5 to say nothing is wrong with my jeep, they found a loose plug on floor and the gas smell was normal when a truck is lifted.how did they properly check my vehicle in less than an hour, ( they didn't, just ******* ***** ** ** ***)However it's difficult to drive because of the awful gas smell inside and outside my jeep. I called back a couple days later demanded for it to be looked at again as my jeep still smells of gas and when it rains still getting 2 inches of water in my jeep. It goes in again and low and behold thy find the gas problem and supposedly the water leak. They order the parts for everything. 3rd time in shop now, October 28th. Fixed the gas smell and a new problem, my tail lights are not working. I go and pick up jeep to find they never Fixed the water leak. Now all of a sudden they don't do doors BUT ORDERED THE PARTS FOR DOOR... why was it not fixed?? Now they say THEY made appointment for ******* to fix my doors because they know the problem, I call ******* and NOPE they can't ind me anywhere with a appointment not even under berkshire mazda. Ok a new appointment was made November 10th, this is the 4th time now!!. I think it's going in to be fixed, NOPE!!! ******* JUST LOOKED AT IT , NOT FIXED IT.. Terry told me a few weeks ago she knew what the problem was had parts ordered now I need to wait again for the parts that supposedly were already ordered and go back a 5th time to be fixed and by the way my tails lights not working again even though they put new stock lights back on.. so needless to say im.soooo angry for all the B.S this place is putting me through and I'm adding 1 more complaint NEVER in my life of buying a used vehicle have they only put 1/2 a tank of fuel when picking up my vehicle. They said used vehicles only get 1/2 tank but I spent after all was said and done $40,000.00.. How does that.. I will never tell anybody to use this place..
