Santiago and his crew are the best! We had them paint multiple rooms in our house when we moved in, including our living room, hallways, second floor railings, bathroom, and kitchen. We have tall ceilings in some areas, some up to 20-25 feet high. Santiago was quick to respond when we first reached out to him, and he showed up to perform a site visit and scheduled the work days. He and his crew showed up exactly on time, and wow, what a friendly and courteous staff! They are extremely kind and are extra careful to keep things clean when coming and going into the house. They prepared and fixed imperfections on the walls and sealed any gaps with baseboards and moldings. We were so happy with how the painting turned out and how they were able to transform our rooms into bright, fresh spaces! Santiago and team were meticulous in completing the job and always went above and beyond by doing little extras to make sure rooms were completed properly. We have reached out to him again to paint another room for a newborn that we have on the way, as we trust the great work that this great team does. We wouldn't go with any other painter! If you need any work done, Santiago & Son is the company to call!

Santiago, Antonio and Team sanded and stained my decks, and painted the exterior trim. Santiago was responsive to my inquiry and provided a reasonable quote. The Team was professional, prompt, efficient and meticulous. I plan to hire them again!

Santiago & Son painted two bathrooms and a bedroom for us in May of 2022. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on all three rooms. We live in Greenfield and have had the pleasure of Santiago and Antonio's care for our interior and exterior for almost a decade. In addition to their expert craftsmanship, they are delightful people, and it's impossible not to fall under their friendship spell. Their warmth, though, shouldn't disguise the fact that they work incredibly well as a team, both quality and quantity-wise. We will never seek other painters as long as they're in touch. Kate C's recommendation below is one we can echo several times over. Rather than repeat her praise, I'll simply talk about their latest small job for us. (They have painted the interior of our house on three separate occasions, including last week's example, our entire exterior, including barn, and extensive picket fence. (Our farmhouse was built in 1750 and deserves extra TLC.)Last week: Antonio visited and surveyed the scope of touch-up painting and priced it out. While we were away, they finished the job, calling us along the way for our input. The kitchen ceiling had a few areas with stains penetrated from the attic. They decided to paint the entire ceiling and, for good measure, painted the walls, too! They did exactly the same thing in the dining room, including patching and spackling as they went. Next, our bedroom ceiling got a fresh coat, and our guest bathroom was entirely repainted with a new color, BM Metropolitan. (It was BM's color of the year recently and my favorite paint tone for its chameleon quality. ) They did some serious repairs in that guest bathroom because of water leakage, patched architectural cracks in the living room and repainted, removed bulging wallpaper, and repainted the foyer.We just couldn't believe how much they had done so well in only two days when we got home. The contract was set; there was no cost adjustment. They simply did as much as they could to beautify our home.Their core belief clearly is to know their clients well and exceed their expectations.

We had Santiago and his team do interior painting in 4 rooms last year. This included a very high cathedral ceiling which necessitated special ladders. Included in the work he performed was drywall patching and caulking of seams where there were gaps. All of the work was done extremely well. We are very pleased with his work and will hire him again when we do the exterior of our home. Santiago is easy to deal with and is fair in his pricing. My wife and I recommend him highly

We had both the exterior of our home and our kitchen/ sunroom painted by Santiago & Son in the spring of 2020. Santiago met with us to prior to evaluate our home and provide a detailed quote. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and excellent at communicating in a timely fashion. Santiago quoted fair prices, itemized expenses, and was clear on what services would be provided. Santiagos team was professional, approachable, and talented. The team was very thorough when prepping and painting the house. Their attention to detail was impressive and they went above and beyond, including small details such as removing and repainting the hardware on our garage doors. The work was done quickly and the team was clean and mindful not to disrupt any landscaping around the house. Santiago & Son backed their work with a warranty, which they kept. The team came back the following spring to touch up a few small spots where the wood siding was less absorbent. When painting the interior, the team was equally fantastic and completed our kitchen/sunroom within hours. We highly recommend Santiago & Son as they are honest, reliable, efficient, and provided high quality services.
