We had the service on June 12,2022. They did whole new pavement, was pretty good but there is a spot where water puddles up. We called many times and wrote emails couple of times there is no response at all. When we call, the receptionist picks up the phone and tells us someone will call but there is nothing. We paid in full so I expect better service. Seems like they collect money and doesnt care anything after that, usually I dont write reviews but this made me write one. I am giving 3 stars to the hand in hand worker who worked for me. Customer service from/ in office - - 0 star. They have 5 years warranty service in the contract but new costumers please be aware. They are going to change the contract if there are any boulders/giant rocks which by the way will change while digging. Meaning you are supposed to know if there are huge rocks under the ground. In my case, hatch has taken out the warranty in the places where they found huge boulders.Pretty frustrating. They can take the boulders out but that is going to cost a fortune - base price starting from $2500 and up per prep team. While digging, the prep team destroyed a spot on my neighbors driveway, they fixed it but in unsatisfactory way. My neighbor is not happy neither me. So please think before you take this company. I dont want to recommend this company to my friends, family and others as the customer service is not good at all. Very very poor. They will hunt your money though. OH NO NO

We hired Hatch to top coat our driveway this past summer after only the first layer of asphalt was done when we bought the house. The office team was great in providing me with an estimator appointment. Though it took about two weeks to meet with the estimator due to how busy they were, when the day came the estimator called when he was approaching and took his time to go over what we needed. He answered all of our questions and we received an estimate the same day. After a lengthy discussion with my wife debating companies, we ultimately chose to work with Hatch. They required a 50% deposit to be added to their schedule and the remaining was due after completion. Our date came and went due to ongoing rain, but the office did their best to coordinate with us despite it raining for just about two weeks straight. They came to do some minor prep work and then paved the same week. The crews were wonderful and respectful and we could tell they took pride in their work. It was definitely a great investment, and knowing they offer a hefty warranty made us feel even more confident in where our money was going. Thank you Hatch!
