We started Big East Gymnastics pre- COVID, my daughter really enjoyed going there and has made many friends. As a parent I was not impressed by the facility, the setup or how the business is run professionally. I stuck it out for my child for a few more sessions, hoping it would get better. The first two instructors showed up at exactly the time the class started, so we would have to wait until they arrived and classes would start later, but end at the same time. Then boom, one day the girls were gone. During COVID we had multiple different instructors, some with masks, some without, it was almost like they just sent in whomever was available. Another day it was 5 minutes before class start, the door was UNLOCKED and a mom went into the building (she was new and didn't know) so naturally the families waiting in their cars got their kids out and followed suit, well while the staff chatted at desk, they told everyone they had to EXIT the building. 10+ families now outside in the winter cold, waiting for the additional minute until they said "we were allowed to come in." ??During COVID the parents were told that only 10 people could be in the waiting area watching the kids, well there was 20 parents so we split into 2 groups, 10 in the waiting room (to watch the kids) and 10 in the birthday party room. 1/2 way thru the class the groups switched so the birthday party group could see their kids. Roughly 10 minutes into the switch, a dark hair *** K wanna be comes into the room, flips on the light and goes "SERIOUSLY GUYS, I ALREADY TOLD YOU, GET OUT". When indeed she did not she asked the parents to separate into two groups, meanwhile there was an elderly couple mortified by the disrespect as they were waiting for their grandchild. On two separate occasions the parents have witnessed small children being kicked out of the classes as they were "not following protocol" as if they know what that is at age 3-5. Talk about embarrassing for the parents, you would think they would allow the children to finish the class and then speak with the parent(s) after the class and explain. Nope, *** K wanna be just grabs the kids and bag and out they go. UNBELIEVABLE.??Here we are.. starting a new session and guess what? Nothing's changed, still the same old attitudes, the employees don't even say good morning, they treat their clients like they are beneath them. 40+ people in the waiting room, kids/parents trying to exit the 'IN' door as the next class of kids/parents are trying to enter thru the same door! A fellow mom suggested that they should open the other door so that it's not so chaotic and that we don't have to go back to COVID restrictions and *********** K's response was "NO" with a side of attitude. During the second class of the day, there were two instructors in the gym and one went outside with her ear pods in and phone in hand and was outside the entire time the class went on, maybe she was on break or something who knows. During the **** she was outside on the phone a PARENT fainted, and was on the floor. Literally laid out on the floor for the ENTIRE class. Parents going back and forth getting the individual on the ground water and making sure she was okay. Not one staff member was aware of what had happened in their facility. I'm sure they wouldn't of even blinked.??Big East Gymnastics has a location that is convenient for Plymouth parents and surrounding towns so they do have an upper hand, BUT if you are looking for a facility that treats their guests like C*** and doesn't give a s*** about hospitality or even kindness, then this place is for you! Customer Service is not part of their vocabulary! Think twice before signing up for this place!! GOOD LUCK!!!
