I Hired Cool Comfort Services, *************************, to replace a heat pump and sent him a check for $5500 which he cashed on March 10 2022. I didn't hear from him so I called him 7 weeks later - he then set up appointment for the next Wednesday but never showed, answered phone calls or texts...at all. He did answer a phone call from my boss (he did not know his number) who I borrowed money from and said that he would come the following week to install the new heat pump...same thing...never showed ...answered calls or texts. I put in very bad reviews and I got an email from ******* saying to please take down bad reviews (which I did) and he would come June 10th for Installation....again no show...no response to emails, texts or phone calls. It is now June 14th 2022 and still no response from ************************* of Cool Comfort Services in ******** **. I have sent texts and phone calls requesting installation or my money back to no avail. I am 71 years old soon and he has taken my $5500 and left me with no heat or air conditioning. I have just been waiting and waiting since our first contact on February 22 2022. It has been very overwhelming, nerve racking, depressing and scary waiting for contact and the thought that I may have been scammed out of that much borrowed money.
