I placed an order for food to go on February 7th. When I picked up the food at approximately 6pm the **** was $57.66 which I paid with my debit card. When I checked my bank balance later that night I was that I was double charged for $115.32. I went to the restaurant on the 8th and asked to have the overcharge refunded and a woman who claimed she was the owner refused even though she had the receipt showing I was double charged. She told me yo wait several days and maybe the charge would be corrected on my debit card. I told her this was unacceptable and would file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general's office. She still refused to refund my money. Please look into this situation and let me know your results. I can't be the only person they have pulled this scam onBusiness response

I called this morning for detail. I checked credit card company and my batch report, deposit report, there is only once charge6285230005118716 2/8/2022 088111 MC 510921******5751 $***** 071526 75306372039162601967614 Sale REG Bank this is from credit company system of sale detail, once only, I called called the cardholder and sound very old man, and not allow me to speak , he spoke only and hang up the call. Please don't listen one side only, tell he show credit card statment to prove of double charge, if that true, i willing to refund extra $ *****, total is $ ******, he came restaurant and explained to he, but he didn't listen others at all, very hard to talk with this very old man
