Hello, On may 22 2024 my mother and I went to Lobster Hut in ******** for her delayed mothers day dinner and I splurged on her as I promised. We received 2 lobster rolls but they were horrible and inedible. They were all claw and some knuckle. We have had many lobster rolls in other places and they are usually expected to be actual lobster meat such as tail.. this was basically ALL CLAW but terrible spongey claw that we literally could not eat, it was not real meat,, my mom cried and we tried complaining and bringing them back but the woman who I believe was manager said " I am sorry" no refunds.. we threw it away and completely wasted $90 and this ruined my entire week and my moms big day. I am not by any means rich and can't even afford this type of food and expected at the very least something edible -- this should be considered absolute fraud.. I refuse to pay and have already disputed with amex as you can see.. it is pending.. thanksCustomer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
The Lobster Hut has not contacted me.. So what happens now. thanks
