      I brought my car in to have the struts replaced. When I got it back the sunroof was completely broken and off track. I used the sunroof every single day there was nothing wrong with it at the time of drop off. I didnt know it was broken until I brought it to the car wash to have all the dirt cleaned off they left on it! All the water a suds came through the sunroof into my car thus ruining my interior! Sunroofs dont just come off track. It worked perfectly the day I brought it in! He has many bad reviews l, witch I should have checked. Thats my fault. I had to use my rent money to fix my car because I use it for work! Now I have another whole problem! There is no way this problem happened out of the blue. Thats not how sunroofs work.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. 
      I have called a number of times and have been lied to every time. His story about what was broke has changed each time. Hes now at the point of blaming me for breaking my car! This car had a clean car fax and service records. I brought my car in to remove tint 2 days after I bought it. The very next day I all of a sudden had **** in repairs and it still had the same exact problem with it. He tried to tell me it would cost another **** to fix the problem! None of this makes any sense. Again he has done nothing but lie to me!

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 
      This shop did not need to fix the struts. The struts where never the problem. It was the compressor all along and the shop knew that and still replaced the struts. When asked to provide the struts the declined and said that wasnt possible. Are the front dropped again and I brought it back this time he said it was the compressor. That was the problem all along if it wasnt the car would not have dropped in the front completely only the side that the strut was blown on and when that was fixed the same exact problem should no have happened again the very next day! The manually pumped air into the compressor system that could hold the car up until it leaked out again because the compressor was broken. They stole from me plain and simple. And have done nothing but lie to me since the beginning! They also caused other damage to me vehicle while working on it. The sunroof was also broken. They said they never touched it but I have photo evidence of their greedy fingerprints all over the inside roof around the sunroof. That was not there before. I will not accept anything less than my car fixed or them out of business! I will never stop! Ive reportethem to BBB and the attorney general and everyone I can think of! I am also filing a law suit. You should have admitted to your mistakes and fixed the car! Now a 350$compressor is going to cost thousands. I will not quit!
