Very unreliable. Never answer calls, never answer emails. Office is closed to public. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I have had Quincy Mutual for my husband's insurance policy for a few years with no issues because we never made any claims. However, my husband was rearended while sitting at a red light by someone who claimed to have fallen asleep and we have had nothing but problems since. They refuse to work with the at fault policy holder's insurance, Geico, to reimburse us for thousands of dollars spent out of pocket. Quincy Mutual came up with an arbitrary date that my husband's truck should be fixed by and refused to pay for his rental car any longer, nor give any additional information to Geico so that they could cover the cost. Many mechanics in our area could not take his truck right away, so we went with who could take him first. Of course, this mechanic charges over what Quincy Mutual allows for a labor rate. Quincy Mutual refused to cover that or work with Geico in order for them to cover it. It is insane that we pay thousands for insurance and then when you need them to help you with an accident (that was not even your fault) they do nothing. This has been going on for six months and Quincy Mutual has continues to be completely useless and do nothing to help us be reimbursed the thousands of dollars that we are still owed. If anyone ever suggests you use Quincy Mutual for your insurance, I highly suggest you use anyone but them. Unfortunately, I have to give them a star to be able to post this, but they very clearly deserve zero stars.

Scum bag insurance company, have been with them for 30+ years, filed no claims, and they refuse to pay $1000 shortage on an auto insurance claim, will be leaving them after this claim is finished and I am stuck paying the $1000 out of pocket, on top of my $1000 deductible. New owners as of 1.5 years ago and they are the scum of the earth
