              My name is ********************* on October 28 2023 I went to Massage Envy ********/Easton location. ****** Signed me up for the membership. At the time I asked her if I had to pay for the services I received which was a 90 minute massage. ***************** no because it was part of the promotion and I didnt have to pay anything. I asked her three different times and the answer was No.When I looked at my bank statement I was charged $38 on October 30. Massage envy went into my account with out my knowledge or consent and charged me $38. I called on November 1 2023 and spoke to ****** about my concerns and I was told she was going to let the manager ***** know the issue that occurred and that I would be refunded back the $38. I asked her to please have the manager call me. I called again today Nov 2 2023 and spoke with ****** asking her to please have the manager contact me because I still didnt receive a phone call.********************* **********

              Massage Envy does or has done the following:-offers too few appointments for the member base so it is hard to get an appointment and then monthly credits pile up -cancels appointments frequently and often with little notice -has ****** restrictive rules about cancelling membership -closes offices and making alternatives very inconvenient -somehow repeatedly has technical issues that mean transfers of credits, account status changes, etc. dont get processed and there is no paper trail to prove it
