I have had nothing but issues trying to get signed up for this app and then suddenly their responses made it seem like it was all a scam. I had provided the correct I9 documents and they kept emailing me asking for more. I sent ID and birth certificate but then they started asking for my social security card and would not tell me why they needed that when they already had my approved documents from the list. When I asked clarifying questions, they would just send me the same email with no new information stating they needed my social security card but it was not related to the I9 documents but couldn't tell me what it was related to. When I tried to call them to talk to someone, they said I could not talk to them on the phone and that I had to reply via email. They had no issue sending me immediate responses until I started questioning them. Then the replies would take days or over a week to come back. I might be overreacting because I think everything is a scam these days, but proceed with caution!Review from Melody H

I believe I'm being discriminated against. It's always a problem with paying me I haven't got paid on time in bout 2 months. Every time I call the solution be right in their face and they still make it a problem I get thrown into so many ropes it's crazy. They are NOT for their employees at all no matter what you say they will not listenReview from Amber M

I was cheated on my check not paid proper overtime and they refused to fix it I wouldnt recommend anyone work for this company if so watch your check every carefully I was even hung up on when I asked about my paycheckReview from Eug W

So, i just found out that i got terminated because a facility supposedly claimed that i was on my phone( which i wasn't) and nit attending to my residents. They won't call u to counsel u about abt DNR until you call them to inquire abt somwthing or a previous DNR which are unsubstantiated and one-sided. With intely, you are guilty no matter what. There is no chance if you try to explain to them your side of story, even if you r the one who called first. They won't even bother to investigate the allegations which are mostly UNTRUE. They fire you by blocking you frm picking shifts then an email follows after that. They don't have the common courtesy to call or anything.
