I placed an order on 11/26/21. When I called to follow up on the order there was never a response. I called and Emailed. Upon opening the order I discovered that I needed to return one of the items. I submitted a request for return and was not answered. On 1/8/22 I was finally answered about the return and the associate told me he could not accept any returns. I wrote him back and told him the item I purchased was not personalized so I was due a return.Customer response

This customer shopped in our ******************** Christmas spirit store that we host for the high school. She was explained the spirit store ordering process and turnaround time on customized clothing since everything is blank made to order. The clothing is blank and the customer chooses the logo and sport, players name/number to be embroidered etc. Once the stores closed on a certain date that the school has chosen the clothing goes into production. Once she received her clothing on time; as she ordered it with the ******************** logo and "MOM" underneath the logo; she contacted us because she wasn't happy with the size and wanted a smaller size. We responded to this customer on several occasions (we responded on December 14th, 15th and 17th & January 3 - if you need the emails) that once the clothing is customized with the specifications she choose during checkout there are no returns or exchanges. That all sales are final on customized clothing. This is noted on the individual product pages, the order receipt she received via email once she paid and in an email prior to the order being put into production explaining the process because she was a new customer and one more place it is is on our website under https://www.apesportsusa.com/spirit-store-orders-and-returns/
This is a case of buyer remorse and we let her know that if she wanted to order & pay for something else in a different size we were happy to help her out but she refused.
