I received notice about a hike increase a few months ago for $100 so my initial storage was $264 and jumped to $364. I was paying that price for a few months. Now I received a email informing me the price will be raised an additional $50. The problem is I just received this email yesterday for a price hike dated for September 1st. This is not fair and not right to not give at least a 30 day notice.

      Customer response

      02/12/2023

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint, as described in the complaint  they advertise, and then instead fixing their computer faults they impudently ask for money and ignore every right and they overcharge from several points of view all the time and instead refunding impudently ask for more. Also positionwise, unit is on an upper floor and not on the ground floor, they overcharged on that, too. Also it is not possible to pay in the store, they refuse in place payments and request you to pay a wrong amount online, where they cheat you online with a wrong computer system and discriminate against other customers. Magasines, journals, computers, phones, internet and tv are no law no acts no regulations no directives. They should refund and pay time spent complaining.
