I contracted with Pure Elegance D'Lux for treats for my daughter's Sweet 16. I noticed later in the evening on 8/26, that chocolate covered strawberries (see invoice attached) had not been delivered. I immediately texted ******** (******) that the strawberries weren't there. She acknowledged that they were forgotten and that she'd refund the cost ASAP. On Monday morning, I followed up and she stated that the money would be returned within 2-5 business days. I followed up after 6 business days and she again stated that she'd check on it. However, I've yet to see the credit applied to my account and she has not replied to my last outreach.Business response

I was hired to make treat for a client, ***************************, and for august 26th, I was away due to a death and had asked someone else to deliver the items I had made for her. Unfortunately, that individual forgot to go in the fridge and pick up the strawberries to deliver to her.
By the time I was notified that the event had already passed, I was able to reimburse *************************** for the strawberries and granted an acceptable apology. I am not sure if this complaint was made prior to that or after resolving it but this matter was resolved without incident.
