            I purchased 3 Airzond bicycle horns from this company. All 3 horns are defective - leaking air from the airline tubing. i contacted the company, sent copies of the receipts & photos. At first they told me that they would send me 1 replacement horn for the 3 defective ones. I really didn't think that was very fair considering I bought 3 which turned out to be defective. Then they changed their mind telling me they would not ship me a new horn to me here in Thailand. I bought the horns while here in Thailand (see attached receipts). I've tried to be patient when a company employee - Andrew told me he would send me replacement airline tubing and connectors to repair the horns. However, that promise of replacement tubing never happened even after I suggested he send the tubing with some tracking because international mails have become somewhat unreliable without tracking. He refused to do that. I find the company to be less than honorable and I want replacement horns.
