I purchased a welding hood A while back had my first problem with the Lens I spoke with ******** at ARC one she stated something about it was outdated my complaint was it kept flickering and kept giving me flash burn my eyes were burning couldnt open my eyes for a couple days throughout the time the headgear kept breaking she did accommodate and giving me a new lens upgraded one worked well for a while a few months later flickering often on gave it a while worked good for a minute kept doing it again work for a while now till this day its keeping on the flickering so I got a hold of ******** she said she dont work in that department so then I got a hold of ***** I explain to him the situation he asked me for the serial number and it is located on the rim of the lens so while removing the lens my finger slipped and I cracked the lower solar panel glass part take note my hands were tired Ive been working ************************************************************************************************************************************************** the warranty part and replacing this defective lens he said yes he will not replace the defective lens due to the crack that occurred while removing the lens from my hood of course Im mad Im trying to get it fixed while I was taking it out to get the serial number I cracked it all Im asking for is a replacement Im not asking for something I dont deserve this is a defective headgear all the way around I do honestly regret buying this brand I didnt know it was this cheap all Im asking is if you can step in please and address this issue I work hard for my money I buy things with my money Im not asking for anything free but if something is cheap and defective Im sure theres a warranty or something that they have to back up.. my eyes have been affected you call it flash burn add put potatoes sliced potatoes in my eyes in the nighttime to help the swelling so this is a health issue caused by the defective lens..
