McGee Chevrolet located in *******, *************. ****************** and *****, Used Car Manager, please beware of. ***** and fast moving to the pull the wool over your eyes. They could not shove me out their showroom in a used car stanking of cigarette smoke and seat covered in burn holes. Before I knew it, I was off the lot and their problem became mine. They didn't even let me test drive it. Let me test drive another that didn't have burn holes and stank of cigarette smoke. Now I know why!!!! They sold me this vehicle to their benefit. I even had to have my own remote start installed because **** claimed he didn't know what they were!!!! I had to go to this dealer 6 times to try and resolve smoke smell and cigarette ***** until they fixed it the right way! **** and arrogant these guys are. Buyer beware!!!!Review from Ann P

I had the worst experience ever at McGee Chevrolet. From a nonprofessional sales person and a liar (****) and manager (****) trying to scam me by $3000 because I didnt have a trade vehicle and attempt to lie to me that its mentioned on the fine prints. Fine prints on website mentions nothing about their vehicle price will change if you have no trade in. After **** had confirmed the vehicle price prior. I Called and spoke with General Manager (***) who confirmed their is no such a thing and could not say why his sales manager (****) said that. Vehicle had scratches and per **** all wouldve been touched up on and yet nothing was done and now I have to waste my time to bring the vehicle in. To make my experience even better after 2weeks with the vehicle I started having issues with the Car Battery ( vehicle wouldnt start) for 2 days on a row and needed to get jumpstart every time I need to use the car. Called McGee Chevrolet was told unfortunately I cannot get a loaner car would have to bring the vehicle in to service. (Had to leave work early to bring the vehicle in) Out of all my bad experience with McGee Chevrolet I have to say Thank you to *** and ***** for doing their best and apologizing for others.Review from Danny S

At first glance Mcgee ***** looks like the average truck dealership. A few bad experiences over the month while shopping around led me to believe that I was better off keeping my truck. From the moment I walked into the building it was clear that this place was different. The vibe was great and the dealership was packed with customers! The people looked happy, and the salesman were all down to earth blue collar guys looking to help others on their journey. I wouldnt normally have this much to say but it was so much more than a handshake and a how can I help you? My salesman was honest, caring, and extremely patient with me. When I had a question he was knowledgeable, and honest enough to tell me when he didnt have an exact answer for me. I dont have all the answers but Ill work hard to find out for you he says. I respect that more than a one liner from a shady salesman looking to make a sale. ************** worked hard and took his time to earn my business. The price was fair and when I thought it was too much he worked hard to fit it into my budget. Im proud to say that Im a Mcgee ***** customer and would recommend this dealer to anybody out there looking for their next vehicle! I want to thank ***** and the whole staff from top to bottom! The sales manager ***************** gave me a big hand shake and a thumbs up from the moment I arrived to personally gassing up my truck when ***** was helping another happy customer looking for a vehicle while I waited for my new Silverado to get detailed! Worst service department ever. My car was dropped off for a repair , an appointment that I had scheduled 2 weeks prior. When my daughter dropped off the car they told her how much it would be per hour she said ok. I called them back as the car was under warranty . The tech looks up my vehicle and says me he will give the warranty info to the techwiorking on my car. Less than an hour later my daughter receives a call telling her to pick up the car and her options are as follows: go to another dealership, leave the car and they have no idea when they will get to it. I call back and ask why, they tell me it is due to sick calls , my response was well I understand people call in sick what I don't understand is my options. then the service tech says you didn't buy this car here. I am aware of where I purchased my vehicle , however it is still under GM warranty. So from there he sends me to the service manager, *************************** who reiterates sick calls and that there is nothing they can do to help me with my warranty repair. He said I could leave the car he has no idea when it could be service and he could not offer me a courtesy vehicle as I did not purchase the car there. I found this man to be very rude and abrupt. In the 2 years have owned this car this is the 1st warranty work I've needed and this dealership was a disappointment . fortunately there is another GM dealership 1/4 mile down the road and they were more than accommodating to take my car in.Review from David G.

This company has some seriously shady business practices and is very decieving and borderline illegal in how they do business.The way they manipulate and jumble numbers is so deceptive you don't know what they are doing.The lack of response after the sale was mind blowing.I called at least 7 times and texted the salesman 9 times asking him to just call me to go over some details but never got a response.It wasn't until a review was posted when I then received a response which was just another text that could of been a call to rectify the whole situation but once again that wasn't the case instead the salesperson turned it around on me making me out to be the bad guy.They did not pay off my car as intended after I gave them the actual payoff amount on speakerphone from the bank they still wrote the wrong number down just making my experience that much more frustrating.They left the shipping blocks on my car and let me take it over 80 miles which is very dangerous but the salesperson once again told me people actually put these on there cars but the kind for shipping are completely different from ones to stiffen a ride for the street.They also tried to remove a scratch from my car and in turn ruined the hood wrap on my brand new ************************************************************************************ back to discuss.To say it's frustrating to have a dealership just ignore you when there's an issue after the sale and to just text instead of calling which was all i asked for from the minute I had my 1st issue showed me they do not care at all about the consumer after they get the sale done.All they had to do was call to and fix these issues but chose to be sneaky and put the blame back on me over and over again.Buyer beware.Review from Frank t.

I went in to buy a 2023 chevrolet traverse and I said i would pay cash with my trade in...well it came to $7,000 and they said i have to finance it to get that price. Then i said will i be paying any interest on this and they assured me very little if i pay it in 3 payments. I believed them and taking them at their word i went thru with it. And low and behold they lied to me, they put paying the interest first when paying off the car. Well I'm a senior handicapped veteran who is 78 years old and naive with a touch of altimers...the bill should come to a total of $8,000 dollars instead they want over $8800 to pay it off. I'm living on a small pension and I having anxiety attacks and cant sleep thinking about what they did to me. I bought the car August 19, 2022 and after i realized what they did I tried to call my saleswomen and she wont take my calls...I Paid $8000 towards the loan and it should have been enough. they deceived me and its affecting my health. I want them to close out that loan for I have paid the right amount. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. My brother who was mentally unstable and not of sound mind went there on sunday to lease a truck. He got a really bad deal on a lease (39 months, ****** miles) ********* the astronomical monthly payment. Anyway the next day he realized he was making a huge mistake and tried to get out of it. ***************** would not let him out of his contract. On tuesday my brother was comitted to a mental hospital. I called and spoke to ********************* and informed him my brother was mentally ill and he still would not let him out of the lease. So we go to meet with him to talk about the situation and he proceeds to lie and say there is nothing he can do for us. I spoke with the leasing company and they informed me it is at the dealerships discretion to let my brother out of the lease. Doctors and social workers got involved and are confident they will get him out of the lease. So all is good. But ************************* reaction to this whole situation is shameful. It was really dissapointing that even after we made him aware (multiple times) that my brother was not of sound mind and was committed to a psych facility, ***************** still tried to force him to take the truck and the 816$ monthly payments. Please stop posting this nonsense about this sales manager and tarnishing his reputation. Your brother came in and leased a vehicle. He seemed 100% in his right state of mind while here and in the ********************** there is no right to recission. Reason being is because the deal is electronically funded. The customer paid in full, and signed all legal docs along with telling us that he is a finish ********* and was buying the truck for work purposes. The following day he sent us copies of his license and gave his insurance company permission to allow us to register the vehicle. This vehicle is now registered and titled to him. I asked someone to reach out to us so we can have a conversation about this. Nobody has yet contacted us in regards to this.
