August 5, 2023 I bought a 08 ***** accord for $7050. During the buying process they were communicative, fast, and seemed like nice people.Within the first week one of my tires blew up and the car failed the state inspection. I figured it's an older car maybe it's just a small bump in the road.Then more parts started failing...In September one morning the car wouldn't start. I took it to AutoZone and the battery had completely died. I replaced the battery.Then I started noticing an awful shaking. I replaced the brake assembly, and it didn't help. Then the knocking started, and the car eventually wouldn't drive.My front left axle has been failing this entire time causing unrepairable damage to the differential in the transmission.Being told you have to replace the transmission in your brand-new car or it's only a matter of time until you lose control of the car and crash wasn't on my Christmas list.Mind you I've already put around $1500 in repairs into this car in 4 months.My grandfather took every receipt and invoice from every bit of work I had done on this car today. They were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve any of it, naturally. Even yelled at my grandfather to get out of their store.That doesn't even include the number of cosmetic issues that were covered up while viewing the car. A couple weeks in the weather guard started falling out, the headliner is falling off, the leather seats were quite literally glued on and now falling off.I'm not just the unlucky person. There are many more that have the same experience as me. These people are shady, this shop is sketchy, and they do NOT take accountability.My car has been unsafe since the day I bought it. Do NOT let my experience be your child's, or mothers, or grandparents experience. Go somewhere else!

Don't go here! You will get charged more than should be.Happened twice,even after ***** said he would take care of it.Then they played games,and gave run around when asked to fix paper work with right price.Made us do all paperwork,and wasn't helpful at all.They are very unprofessional,and don't know what there doing.If you want to get charged more than should,do all leg work,and be treated badly this is the place for you!Also was told paperwork was being taken care of,but was a lie.On top of getting hung up on,and told every excuse in book why they can't do paperwork to complete loan. after we were qualified for loan Go else where at all cost.You have been warned ,and informed.All they did was wast my time.These guys are liers,and untrustworthy.
