Feedback Let me just start off by summarizing my experience as the most aggravating contractor experience by far. This project was NOT the cheapest, NOT the fastest, NOT trustworthy, and definitely NOT DONE RIGHT.This is a very young group with little to no experience whom I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt thinking they would work hard to make a good impression as they are just starting out. Faith was unfortunately misplaced. They gave the impression of a well-organized company initially, good communication up until the point of signing the contract and the down payment, then it goes downhill from there. Despite daily text notifications of the appointments at 7:30am, their subcontractors dont show up until well after 10am and rolled out around 3pm. When I brought this to the project managers (RJT namesake) attention, rather than being apologetic and addressing it with his workers, he was rather indignant and whined about how he had to sit in traffic for 2 hours to get to my property. Clear disregard for my time some of us have a job and cant sit around for 4 hours for your workers to show up. And sorry to break it to you but sitting in traffic is a fact of life in ******! He also left his apprentice alone to build the most important aspect of the project, building the subfloor. There were shims shoved into every crevice of the floor joist that you couldnt even open the door. When this was brought to his attention, he said of course we have to saw off the bottom of the door. So rather than measure accurately, they would rather damage my property further and act like it was planned all along. Unreal. This was followed by the plumber sawing a hole through the bathroom into my kitchen in the process of sawing a PVC pipe that he put in but didnt bother to measure and the tiling contractor drilling two holes through to a second bathroom wall in the process of putting up the durock wall- damages to which I received the response lolol by email. Immature and unprofessional. This was followed by 3 days of finish works where the same plumber managed to dislodge the water line behind the wall that had been freshly tiled and ended up cutting a huge hole in the newly tiled wall to reconnect the line. This added several days to the project where I had to take unpaid leave in order for the project to finish.To add insult to injury, there is a 23% upcharge for them purchasing the project materials ahead of time to prevent delays. Of course, when the plumber disappeared for 4 hours to buy supplies the first day, and an entire day the second day, that somehow doesnt qualify for reimbursement for my wasted time sitting around to wait for him to come back. Clear disrespect for my property and my time. Pictures of the amateur painting job also attached. Ryaan, the owner and project manager was incredibly rude, passive-aggressive, dismissive and condescending when negligence on the part of his subcontractors were brought up. Poor communication with his subcontractors electrician showed up asking me if I knew what he was there for. Seriously?! Overall, a VERY unprofessional operation and definitely NOT guild quality. This experience was like taking on a second job just to babysit the subcontractors and oversee the incompetence and make sure they would not end up wrecking my house. Project is over after an entire month to complete a small 7 x 7 bathroom, and despite the contract clearly stating it would take 2-3 weeks. I ended up hiring another company to go back and fix their sloppiness. Weak moment during unprecedented times in an effort to support local small businesses, faith was misplaced and wont happen again.

*****,Thank you for taking the time to write this review, although we figured you would write something very nasty after screaming at us and intimidating all of us during there project.Not to mention your dogs constantly harassing us and urinating all over the entire house. We are so grateful we all had masks to wear because it was absolutely unbearable in that tiny house.You mentioned on your first site visit you found us through our amazing online reviews, but did not take the time to notice that we have been in business for over 16 years doing this same exact work. We have an entire team from the office to the field and yes, some days the guys/gals are late to the project. Some of us as mentioned drive over 2 hours to get to your house very morning, just to be treated like garbage.The truth is your behavior was sad, disrespectful and hurtful throughout the entire project. There was not one day where you treated any of us like human beings and after you called screaming at us last night for being TWO days past the project deadline, we had enough!And we have NEVER ,EVER experienced anything like the abuse we took from you!Its so sad how you made everyone feel and im sorry that you have to walk around like everyday. You should really be disgusted with yourself.People can read our online reviews over the past 16 YEARS !!!!!!! Enough said.-RJT ********************************
