The customer service the agent was providing was not respectable even said " if the manager wants to fire me, he can". She opened 40 mins late, I had to call the main office because website said open Saturdays 9am-1pm. While inside after coming back after a hour, one agent who walked in almost 11am asked the one who opened late, what time they will be closing the doors, she had the audacity to say in a hour which made it 12pm. I spoke up and asked why which she proceeded to give me attitude and I gave it right back. Those types of employees should not be representing a company like that and should be dealt with appropriately. Now I did my research because with a comment like that that her manager can fire her if he wants led me to believe she be in this type of situation before, so I went on there web site to read the reviews, and saw a year ago on a Saturday a similar incident occurred with the agent begin late and having attitude. If she does not like working weekends then she should not be in this type of work. I have dealt with this company many years, had a few agents that were not nice but not like her. The camera in the office if it does not record sounds will record her body language and how she was speaking to me plus with the witnesses in there. Unacceptable!!! I will not sugar coat this one. ( This was in the Lawrence ** branch on 5/25/2024). She even told me if I did not like it I can take my business else where hey in my eyes thats the business losing money and of course I will tell anyone not to go there for insurance. I did not want to give a star but because I have to, it's just 1, for the other agent and the company, until the deal with that situation, I will tell anyone my experience. It's sad because I chose Saturday so I would not have to take time off work to deal with this, and now I will have to take time off work to get insurance.
