            We bought 2 motorized recliners . One had a small hitch when opening and closing from day 1. It only got worse. On bbb website, the complaint said 3 month warranty which I assumed was the warranty my mistake. One recline fell apart. I called the store after after 8p days I sent pics and talked to salesperson. After a week or so Steve the owner called and said it was a 30 day warranty Why didnt the salesperson know the warranty when I called The recliner is total junk. I would never deal with this place ever again. The delivery was a joke as well. He wanted myself to unload the furniture from th truck th o the ground. I said it was impossible he finally got his worker to help Customer service and products are a joke

            Hi Brian,

            I'm not sure which of the recliners you purchased. I would like to come out and see what we can do. Do you have the receipt which would tell us what you bought? We don't have a Steve that works here. If you Called at 8 pm we were closed. Please call us on Monday and we will see what we can do to resolve the issue. We are an outlet store that sells at half the regular retail price or more. The manufacturer doesn't give us a warranty because of the discounted price. The 30 day warranty is something we give our customers. Please allow us to fix your problem.
            In over 27 years we have done our best to give people what they want for less and make sure they are happy.
