Very honest company. Asked them to reseal my pool patio. After further inspection they called and told me that because it was originally sealed with a penetrating agent it would be pointless to reseal at this time. Not many companies today would be that honest. Most would have taken the check I left for them and done the job anyways. Highly recommend this company.Will definitely use when patio is ready.Thank you

They came out to seal our exposed aggregate patio around our pool. First time 2 years ago it was great. This time not so much. After first big rain storm white patches formed all over the place. I asked them to come have a look to tell ** what happened and they said they are very busy and since its been 30 days there is nothing they can do and automatically blamed other things like salt water etc. we just wanted them to look at it and hopefully have a solution for the problem as it looks horrible and was fine until they sealed it. Because they were too busy to come look and blew us off we wont use them again.

We sorry for what youre experiencing. After 30 days you called us to say you had white areas all over the deck. We are not responsible for the area, as we previously discussed in detail in previous communications. Our services are the same every time. The variable is the condition of the project. Weve done hundreds of cleaning and sealing of pool patios, driveways and walkways. We apply a quality acrylic sealer over stamped and exposed aggregate concrete every time without issues. Rain is not a factor as you mentioned unless we get rained in during the sealer application and that we can fix shortly after the rain stops. The Initial photo provided was 30 days after work was completed. We reviewed the photo and as explained didnt see what you were saying was an issue. We dont think youre fabricating this situation but are confused about timing, photos and your account of events. I say this sincerely. As mentioned, there are a variety of factors that can contribute to white spots which we have not seen in photo provided, and additional photos when asked for more photos to support your claim, that you made 30 days later. Pool chlorine powder spills, fertilizer, landscapers applying lime. If your concrete has been soft washed prior to our arrival it leaves a salt residue in the concrete pours which May cause a chemical reaction-white effect that you mentioned a few days later after your initial email. Was the pool used after we left instead of waiting 48 hours if salt water pool chemistry and 24 hours for regular chlorine pool, mentioned under the confirmation email dos and donts? Again were sorry this happened to you concrete but we did not create the problem. As mentioned, in a previous communication we get calls quite often from contractors and homeowners alike for our assistance in problems they have. Its unfortunate that you are attempting to blame us 30 days after completion for an issue youre having and we had nothing to do with its creation. Once we leave your property we have no control over the area and what happens on near your concrete pool patio.. Respectfully, ***********

This is absolutely the sealing job you did. We had it inspected by a professional and moisture has gotten under the sealer. We now have to have it removed and start from scratch. I know you think very highly of yourself and company but everyone makes mistakes and you refused to even come look after I sent a bunch of pictures when you requested more and have the email replies from you to those pictures to prove it. It has actually gotten worse since I emailed you due to more rain.

Bristol county sealing is great, this is about my 5th I used them to seal my stamped concrete patio around my pool, unbelievable work every time and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend them
